2023.2.3. 큐티(Daily Devotional Study)

 

 

When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.(Ephesians 1:13-14)

 

The scripture reminds me of one day when A stranger asked me how you knew you're redeemed. He said, "you're not God. So, you can't say you will be in heaven after life." I was distressed and saddened. At that time, God sent me my great friend and shared this bible scripture with me. She sent a list of the scriptures to reassure my faith. This verse was one of them. It's written in the bible that "when YOU believed, YOU were marked in him with a seal." So, if once I had faith, I'd not need to doubt the truth. Thank you, Lord for giving this scripture as a gentle reminder today. I genuinely needed it.
